Guidance Lesson Topics
5th grade students will participate in a variety of activities organized around tolerance and accepting differences in others. This year, half of the 5th grade read the book "One" by Kathryn Otoshi and will be presenting their interpretation of the book and it's meaning, in a play format. Students will also explore bullying behaviors, how to be an "upstander", not a bystander, conflict resolution and perspective taking.
