Welcome to the LAS Guidance webpage.  Here at LAS, the school counselors work with students K-8, through individual counseling, small group counseling/"lunch bunch" and weekly classroom guidance lessons.  We believe every child is a unique and individual learner and we work collaboratively with adults and children to understand the uniqueness of each child.  We work with all students at LAS, to help them develop academic, social and emotional success at school.

     Students are referred to the Guidance counselor by their teachers, a staff member, parents and self-referral.  If parents have any questions regarding their child, they should feel free to call Molly Wynne or Michele Corti at 926-2539, between the hours of 8:30am -3:00pm.

     Click on the various links on the left hand side of the page to see a more in depth view of what your student is doing in Guidance class.    You will also see a Blizzard Bag link at the bottom of the list, which is where work will be outlined for use on a snow day.
